Request deletion of your information

How to submit a request

• Open the same Nodus Dental Clinic Facebook Page that you previously contacted.
• Send a new private Messenger message containing the words “Data Deletion Request”.
• Include the name used in the conversation and the approximate date of your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or government identification in Messenger.
• If Messenger is unavailable, contact the clinic through its published official contact channel and ask that the request be forwarded to the Dental Signal administrator.

Identity confirmation

To protect customer information, the clinic may confirm that the request comes from the same Messenger account or ask for limited information already present in the conversation. We will not ask for your Facebook password.

What happens next

After verification, the clinic will delete or de-identify the customer profile, imported conversation content, and associated operational records held in Dental Signal, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or clinical record obligations. The clinic will confirm completion through the contact channel used for the request.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge a valid request within 7 business days and complete it within 30 days. Complex requests or legally required records may take longer; if so, the clinic will provide an update.

Scope

This process covers information controlled by Nodus Dental Clinic in Dental Signal. Deleting Dental Signal data does not automatically delete information held independently by Facebook, Messenger, or another third-party service. Contact those providers directly for deletion from their systems.
