Authorized use

Dental Signal is provided only to approved clinic personnel and authorized reviewers. Users must use the service for legitimate clinic operations and only within the permissions assigned to their account and branch.

Account responsibility

  • Keep login credentials confidential and do not share accounts.
  • Use accurate business and customer records.
  • Immediately report suspected unauthorized access or misuse to a clinic administrator.
  • Do not attempt to access information outside your assigned role or clinic branch.

Customer communications

Users are responsible for reviewing conversation context before communicating with a customer. Dental Signal may assist with organization, categorization, and analysis, but it does not replace professional judgment and must not be treated as medical advice or a diagnosis.

Prohibited conduct

  • Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or discriminatory activity.
  • Exporting, disclosing, or selling customer information without authorization.
  • Disrupting, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security controls.
  • Using Meta Platform Data for purposes unrelated to the connected clinic service.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, suspended, or limited for maintenance, security, compliance, or operational reasons. Features may change as clinic workflows and platform requirements evolve.

Third-party platforms

Dental Signal may connect to services such as Meta. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, or changes made by a third-party platform.

Termination

Access may be suspended or revoked when a user leaves the organization, changes roles, violates these terms, or creates a security or compliance risk. Applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations continue after access ends.

Contact and privacy
